When you find the right property, a contract is made between you and the vendor, this is known as the " Contracto de Compra-Venta".

On completion of your purchase, the title deed, " Escritura de Compra-Venta" is prepared by a Spanish notary and signed by both parties. Once this is done you receive a temporary copy of the title deed, "Copia Simple Escritura", whilest the original is sent to be entered in the land registry.

For your convenience and protection all transactions are dealt with by an independent validated solicitor.
